The City Of Atlanta, On Behalf Of The Atlanta Department Of Transportation, Will Shortly Undergo A Multi-Stepcompetitive Sealed Bidding Process Comprised Of A Qualification Phase As The Initial Step, Followed By An Invitationfor Bid (Ifb), For The Procurement Of Qualified Contractors To Provide Emergency On-Call Debris Removal, Snow Andice Abatement, Obstruction Removal, And Disaster Response Services. The Selected Contractor Or Contractors Willprovide Labor, Equipment, Tools, Materials, Supervision, And Qualified Drivers/Operators To Assist City Personnel Withclearing, Removal, Hauling, Processing, And Disposal Of Debris, Ice, Snow, And Other Obstructions From Cityroadways, Bridges, Culverts, Parking Lots, Sidewalks, Crosswalks, Rights-Of-Way, And Other City-Owned Or Maintainedproperty. The City Reserves The Right To Award Multiple Vendors Determined To Be Responsible And Responsive.Interested And Qualified Vendors Must Demonstrate The Ability To Provide Rapid Emergency Response Services,Including Snow And Ice Pretreatment, Deicing, Snow Plowing, Snow Hauling, Non-Hazardous Debris Removal, Andrelated Disaster Response Support.
