This Document Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information Implemented As A Market Survey. The Procurement Services Of The Education And Training Sector Intends To Tender The Framework Arrangement For The Renovation And Maintenance Of Loose Furniture During The Fall Of 2026. The Start Date Of The Framework Arrangement Is Estimated To Be April 1, 2027. The Planned Duration Of The Contract Is 4 Years (2 Years + Possible 2 Option Years). In The Field Of Education And Training, There Are Around 325 Daycare Centers And Over 60 Playgrounds In Early Childhood Education, Elementary Schools With Around 100 Locations, Upper Secondary Schools With Around 15 Locations, And Vocational Educational Institutions With Around 15 Locations. The Goal Of The Industry Is To Increase The Recycling Of Furniture In Schools And Early Childhood Education Units In Accordance With The Citys Carbon Neutrality Goals. Services For Refurbishing And Maintaining Loose Furniture Will Be Procured. For The Projects Of Early Childhood Education, Basic Education And Future Basic Improvements, Expansions And New Construction Projects Of Upper Secondary Schools And Vocational Schools, As Well As Emergency Rooms. In 2027-2028, Projects Are Planned For Approximately 60 Different Locations. The Estimated Amount Of Loose Furniture To Be Renovated And/Or Serviced Is 20 To 1,500 Loose Furniture Per Project. Loose Furniture To Be Renovated And/Or Serviced Includes Several Different Types Of Loose Furniture. The Time Spent On Renovation And/Or Maintenance Is Determined By The Projects Schedule, Which Is Estimated To Be Around 2 Months. The Completed Information Request Form (Excel) Must Be Sent As An Attachment To The Reply Message. In The Header Of The Reply Message, Please Write Information Request Response Acquisition Of Services For Restoration And Maintenance Of Loose Furniture. The Request For Information Is Conducted In Finnish. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Survey The Service Providers On The Market And To Obtain Comprehensive Information About Them, So That The Tender That Is Being Prepared Can Be Carried Out As Appropriately As Possible. Answering The Request For Information Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In The Tender And Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In It. The Facts Presented In The Request For Information Are Preliminary And May Change As The Procurement Preparation Progresses. The Feedback Received In The Request For Information Will Possibly Be Used In The Preparation Of The Request For Tender. Those Who Participated In The Request For Information Are Not Entitled To Compensation. Responses To The Request For Information Will Be Processed Anonymously, And Comments Given Will Not Be Responded To. If Clarification Is Desired For The Comment, Clarification Is Requested Via E-Mail Via The E-Mail Provided By The Editor.
