Porvoo Urban Infrastructure Is Requesting Bids For The Renewal Of Traffic Lights In Accordance With The Attached Tender Documents. The Contract Includes Traffic Light Instrument Replacements And Renovations Of Traffic Light Devices In The Following Traffic Light Junctions Located In The City Of Porvoo: - 101 Mannerheiminkatu–Runeberginkatu/Välikatu - 301 Loviisantie–Teollisuustie - 401 Läntinen Mannerheiminväylä–Maunu Eerikinpojankatu - 407 Tolkkistentie–Askolinintie/Voittadantie - 702 Tolkkistentie-Peipontie/Gammelbackantie - 703 Tolkkistentie-Alkrogintie/Keskuskatu Junctions 702 And 703 Are Highway Branches And The Traffic Lights In Question Are Jointly Owned By The City Of Porvoo And Fintraffic Tie. The Other Junctions To Be Renovated Are Junctions Of The Street Network Of The City Of Porvoo. The Contractor Has An Obligation To Familiarize Himself With The Work Site And Construction Conditions Before Submitting A Bid. If The Contractor Does Not Familiarize Himself With The Work Site And The Construction Conditions, The Contractor Cannot Later Refer To Matters That Would Have Appeared During The Inspection Of The Site. The Contract Is A Total Contract With A Unit Price For The Quantities Of Work Indicated In The Contract Documents. The Price Of The Offer Must Be Based On The Quantities And Litters According To The Quantity And Unit Price Lists. Other Transcripts May Not Be Included In The Offer. All Quantity And Unit Price Lists To Be Downloaded Must Be Priced And The Sum Of The Prices Of Partial Works Calculated In Them Must Be The Same As The Total Contract Price Offered. The Offer Must Be Based On The Contract Program And The Contract Documents Listed In It.
