The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is For The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy To Enter Into A Contract, After Conducting A Public Procurement, With Which To Provide Logistical Services In Connection With Holding Events And Activities Under Project Bg05sfpr002-4.002 Establishment Of A National Competence Center For Social Innovations And Promotion Of Social Innovations In Bulgaria - Component 1, Prhr. Scope Of Procurement Activities The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Services Related To Organizational And Technical Preparation And Logistical Support For Holding Events Of Different Formats: 102 Pcs. Workshops, Information Days/Campaigns, 12 Pcs. Trainings, Seminars, Workshops, Etc.; 18 Pcs. Round Tables, Discussions; 3 Pcs. Forums/Conferences. 3 Pcs. Festivals. The Specified Number/Format/Type Of Events Is Indicative And It Is Possible That The Contracting Authority May Not Request The Specified Number Or Each Of The Specified Types/Formats. The Different Events Involve The Implementation Of Different Combinations Of Activities, Namely: Accommodation, Provision Of A Hall, Room/Open Space, Provision Of Technical/Conference Equipment, Transport, Catering, Provision Of Speakers/Moderators, As Well As Other Activities Accompanying The Services. All Events Are Held At The Request Of The Client, Depending On The Needs That Arise. In The Request, The Client Specifies The Specific Parameters Of Each Event And His Preferences For Its Holding. The Request May Not Include All Elements Of The Technical Specification. Note: The Contractor Must Ensure The Technical Support Of The Events, As Well As Provide, At His Own Expense, An On-Site Representative/S For Each Event /From The Start To The End Time Of The Event/.
