The Subject Of The Order Falls Into The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, Determined By Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 Of The Court Of Justice, And On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 3 Of The Zop, The Order Is Reserved For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position.
