The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) And Has As Its Subject The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Supply And Purchase Of Fittings For Twisted Insulated Wires, According To The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. Any Interested Person May Submit An Offer Provided That It Meets The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Act, The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Notice And Documentation For Participation. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Supply Of Fittings For Twisted Insulated Wires; Separate Item No. 2: Supply Of Fittings For Twisted Insulated Wires /Hooks, Bolts, Studs/. Participants Are Required To Offer All Types Of Goods From The Respective Specific Item(S) On The Subject Of The Order For Which They Are Participating.​
