Through The Present Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract, The Aim Is To Conclude A Contract For An Insurance Service, Namely The Provision Of Insurance Protection For The Interests Of The Contracting Authority, By Assuming The Risk Of The Occurrence Of Insurance Events, According To The Terms Of The Present Documentation, Namely, Mandatory Occupational Accident Insurance For All Workers And Employees Of Metropolitan Ead, According To The Ordinance On Compulsory Insurance Of Workers And Employees For The Occupational Accident Risk. The Scope Of The Insurance Includes All Workers And Employees Of Metropolitan Ead, Who Have An Order From The National Insurance Institute Under Art. 55, Para. 1 Of Csr. The Number Of Employees As Of 01.05.2026 Is 2,074 With An Average Gross Salary As Of The Same Date Of 1,871.75 Euros (One Thousand Eight Hundred And Seventy-One Euros And 0.75 Euro Cents). The Risks Covered By The Insurance, The Amount Of Compensation Paid In The Event Of An Insured Event, The Basis For Determining The Insurance Amount, As Well As Updating The Number Of Insured Workers And Employees Of The Contracting Authority And The Amount Of The Insured Amount Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, Which Is In Accordance With The Ordinance On Compulsory Insurance Of Workers And Employees For The Risk Of Occupational Accident.
