The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Performance Of The Following Service: Collection Of Sums For Plumbing Services From The Users Of V And K Ood, Targovishte, For A Fee (Commission), Determined As A Percentage (%). The Contractor Collects, On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, Sums For Plumbing Services In The Populated Areas Of The Municipalities Of Targovishte, Popovo, Omurtag And Antonovo From The Users, Which Amounts Are Transferred To His Bank Account. According To The Method Of Collecting The Sums From The Users, Three Separate Items Are Distinguished As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Collecting At Designated Points Cash Sums For Services (Consumed Drinking Water, Discharged And Treated Waste Water) Provided To Users Of Vik Ood Targovishte. Separate Position No. 2 - Collection Of Sums On The Internet With Bank Cards And Other Means Of Payment For Services (Consumed Drinking Water, Discharged And Purified Waste Water) Provided To The Users Of Vik Ood Targovishte. Separate Position No. 3 - Collecting At Designated Points Cash Sums In Online Mode For Services (Consumed Drinking Water, Discharged And Purified Waste Water) Provided To Users Of Vik Ood Targovishte.
