The Following Activities Are Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement: 1. Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of New Kitchen Equipment (Electrical Appliances), For Which The Contractor Assumes Warranty Responsibility For Any Inconsistencies, Defects And/Or Damage Within The Warranty Period. The Contractor Undertakes, Within The Performance Period, To Provide, At His Own Expense, Training And Instruction To The Staff Of The Employer In Working With The Kitchen Equipment. 2. Delivery And Installation Of Kitchen Furniture, For Which The Contractor Assumes Warranty Responsibility For Any Discrepancies, Defects And/Or Damages Within The Warranty Period. Items And Related Activities Are Distributed In The Following Separate Headings: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Of Kitchen Equipment (Electrical Appliances); Separate Position No. 2: Delivery, Installation And Warranty Of Kitchen Furniture. Full Information On The Requirements For The Manner And Order Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Names, The Requirements For The Technical Characteristics, The Unit Of Measure And The Quantity Of The Items Are Described In Detail In The Attached Tables To The Technical Specification. In The Present Procedure, Participants Submit Bids For Designated Item No. 1 And Designated Item No. 2. Each Participant May Submit An Offer For One Or All Of The Designated Items.
