The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1. Development Of An Investment Project When Developing The Project, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects Should Be Observed, And The Contractor Shall Comply With The Requirements Of The Contracting Party, Described In The Technical Specification, As Well As The Technical Rules And Norms For Design, Standards, Technical Instructions, Zut, Etc., To Which The Project Documentation Should Comply. 2. Implementation Of Cmp The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works - Smr Of The Site Is For The Purpose Of Protecting The Road In The Area. Latinka Of The Village Of Pashintsi, As Well As With The Aim Of Limiting And Maximally Preventing Damages And Risks To The Lives And Property Of Residents In The Area And Road Users. Author Supervision In Connection With The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project During The Implementation Of The Smr, The Contractor, Through Separate Legal Entities, Authors Of The Applicable Project Documentation In Parts, Will Carry Out Author Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract. With The Implementation Of Supervision By The Designers - Authors Of Individual Parts Of The Investment Project, The Exact Implementation Of The Project, Compliance With Construction Rules And Norms, As Well As The Preparation Of The Project Documentation For Putting The Site Into Operation Is Guaranteed. 4. Geodetic Survey - To Document The Changes Made During Construction, The Contractor Shall Submit To The Employer A Geodetic Survey, Which Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Regulations. Detailed Information On The Subject And The Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
