With The Effective Decision No. D55892795/05.06.2026 Of The Contracting Authority, The Above-Mentioned Procedure Has Been Terminated On The Basis Of Art. 110, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop, Because The Submitted Offer Does Not Meet The Conditions For Presentation, Including Form, Manner And Term, Or Is Inappropriate. According To Art. 182, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority May Conduct Direct Negotiations With Certain Persons When The Procedure For Awarding Through A Public Competition Has Been Terminated Because No Bids Have Been Submitted Or The Bids Submitted Are Inappropriate And The Originally Announced Conditions Have Not Been Substantially Changed. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Delivery Of A Tractor, Together With A Mulcher/Shredder With A Hydraulic Arm In Connection With The Implementation Of Project Robg00146 Enviroconnect: Joint Efforts To Achieve Green Sustainability In Ivanovo And Piatra Olt In Connection With The Interreg Vi-A Romania - Bulgaria 2021-2027 Program. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Delivery Of 1 (One) Factory-New Tractor, Together With A Mulcher/Shredder With A Hydraulic Arm, The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant And Training Of The Employers Employees. Note: Warranty Maintenance Refers To The Removal, At The Expense Of The Contractor During The Warranty Period, Of All Damage And/Or Inconsistencies Of The Equipment, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Terms And Scope Of The Warranty, Within The Warranty Liability Of The Contractor. The Delivery And Replacement Of The Consumables Related To The Current Service Of The Tractor During The Warranty Period Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order.
