To The Bidding And Execution Of The Contract They Will Govern, In Addition To The Applicable Legal Regulations, The Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses And The Set Of Technical Prescriptions (Annex 2 Of The Pcap), Which Includes The Simplified Execution Project For Each Of The Lots Subject To Contracting (Annex 2.1 Of The Pcap).
