Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services - Award Of A Public Service Contract In Accordance With Article 3 Paragraph 1 Of Regulation 1370/2007 On Transport Services With Cars In Regular Service In Accordance With Section 44 Pbefg In Route Bundle 5 - Demand Transport South In The Pfaffenhofen An Der Ilm District. The District Of Pfaffenhofen A.D. Ilm Intends To Act As The Responsible Authority I. S.D. Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of October 23, 2007 On Public Passenger Transport Services (Vo 1370/2007) In Conjunction With Article 8 Paragraph 1 Of The Law On Local Public Transport In Bavaria (Bayöpnvg) Requires The Competitive Award Of A Public Service Contract (Öda) For Public Passenger Transport Services In The South On-Demand Line Bundle With Cars Art. 5 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 In Conjunction With V. M. § 8A Paragraph 2 Pbefg. The Line Bundle Includes On-Demand Transport Services In The South 1 Service Area (Reichertshausen, Ilmmünster, Hettenshausen, Schweitenkirchen), The South 2 Service Area (Gerolsbach, Scheyern, Jetzendorf) And On The Tangential Axes Schweitenkirchen - Wolnzach, Gerolsbach - Hohenwart And Scheyern - Ilmmünster. On-Demand Transport Within The Municipalities Of Wolnzach And Hohenwart Is Not Part Of The Public Transport To Be Awarded. The Competitive Award Procedure Will Be Initiated As Part Of A Separate Contract Announcement. The Intended Award Covers The Transport Services In The Demand Transport South Line Bundle As A Total Service Within The Meaning Of Section 8A Paragraph 2 Sentence 4 Of The Passenger Transport Act (Pbefg). Self-Financing Applications That Only Relate To Partial Services Must Be Rejected In Accordance With Section 13 Paragraph 2A Sentence 2 Pbefg. Furthermore, Approval Must Be Refused If The Requested Traffic Would Remove Individual Profitable Lines From A Group Of Lines Defined In The Local Transport Plan Within The Meaning Of Section 8 Paragraph 3 Pbefg (See Section 13 Paragraph 2 No. 3 Lit. D Pbefg). The Minimum Requirements For The Public Passenger Transport Services To Be Awarded (Section 8A Paragraph 2 Sentence 3, Section 13 Paragraph 2A Sentence 2 And Section 13 Paragraph 2A Sentence 3 Pbefg) Are The Subject Of A “Supplementary Document For The Advance Announcement Of Line Bundles For Demand Transport South”, Which Can Be Downloaded At Https://Www.Landkreis-Pfaffenhofen.De/Leben/Mobilitaet/Ausschreiben-Und-Vergabe/ Is Available. This Document Describes The Requirements For Timetables, Transport Fees, Accessibility And Other Standards Associated With The Intended Public Service Contract Within The Meaning Of Section 8A Paragraph 2 Sentence 3 Pbefg.
