It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Provision Of Digitization Services And Electronic- Digital Management Of The Physical Archives Of The Department Of Traditional Settlements And Conservatory Buildings Of The Ministry Of The Interior/Sector Of Macedonia And Thrace. The Object Of The Contract Is The Digitization And Electronic Archiving Of The Physical Archive Of The Department Of Traditional Settlements And Preservable Buildings (Po&Dk) For Approximately 7,500 Cases. The Services Provided Include The Conversion Of The Analog File Into A Digital Format, By Scanning Documents, Drawings And High-Resolution Photos, While The Transfer Of The Already Digitized Data Hosted In The Existing Database Of The P&D Department Will Also Take Place. To Manage Digitized Documents And Related Data, A Digital Repository Will Be Created That Will Allow The Collection, Storage, Management And Analysis Of Information, Incorporating Digitized Files Such As Approvals, Decisions, Studies, Plans And Photographs. The Basic Core Of The Existing Structure Will Be Maintained, Thus Ensuring Better Organization And Management Of Material And Matching With Analogue Material. In Order To Improve The Efficiency Of The System, New Fields Will Be Added To Improve The Functionality Of The Search Engine, As Well As Integration Of Existing Fields In Cooperation With The Agency, Where This Is Required. At The Same Time, With The Development Of The Digital Repository, Equipment For The Digitization Process Will Be Procured. In Particular, The Transaction Will Involve The Supply Of Two (2) Desktop Pcs With The Same Number Of Screens, One (1) Multi-Machine And One (1) Nas Disk System With A Minimum Total Capacity Of 80Tb.
