Service Contract Aimed At The Affiliation Of The City Of Charleroi, The Autonomous Municipal Authority And The Charleroi Police Zone, To An External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work In Application Of The Law Of August 4, 1996 Relating To The Well-Being Of Workers During The Execution Of Their Work And Its Implementing Orders. It Concerns: - Agents Of The City Of Charleroi; - Agents Of The Autonomous Municipal Authority; - Police Zone Officers; - Members Of The Municipal Education Staff Of The City Of Charleroi; - Student Trainees From Schools Whose Organizing Authority Is The City Of Charleroi; - Job Workers; - Pupils And Students Who Follow Studies For Which The Study Program Provides For A Form Of Work Which Is Carried Out In A Municipal Educational Establishment In The City Of Charleroi; - Volunteers; - Recipients Of A Self-Employment Sentence. The External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work Must Be Approved On The One Hand, For The Entire Service By The Federal State And On The Other Hand, By The Walloon Region Which Retains The Competence To Approve The Section Responsible For Medical Surveillance.
