Time Accounting Or Human Resources Software Package – Introduction Of A Cloud-Based Human Resources Information System (Hr System). The Investment And Structural Bank Rhineland-Palatinate (Isb) Has Been Undergoing Dynamic Personnel Changes Since The Covid-19 Pandemic. Since 2021, The Number Of Employees Has Increased Significantly And Permanently. At The Same Time, Both The Requirements For Recruiting Personnel And The Complexity Of Internal Personnel Processes Have Increased Significantly. The Natural Fluctuation Has Also Led To A Continuous Increase In The Number And Variety Of Processes To Be Processed. There Is Currently A Lack Of A Central, System-Supported Solution For Holistic Control And Documentation Of Human Resources Processes. Payroll Accounting, Time Recording And Access Control Are Handled By External Providers, But Without Integration Into A Common Platform. Other Hr Processes - Including Recruiting, Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding, Personnel Development, Target Setting, Appraisals And The Management Of Personnel Costs - Are Controlled Manually Or Via Unrelated Individual Solutions. To Date, Personnel Files Have Only Been Kept In Paper Form Or As Unstructured Text Files. This Makes Access More Difficult, Requires A Lot Of Space And Poses Risks In Terms Of Readability, Completeness And Data Protection. The Creation And Processing Of Personnel Documents Is Also Inconsistent, As Each Personnel Officer Uses Their Own Folder Structures And Individually Designed Templates. A Standardized, Quality-Assured And Audit-Proof Architecture Is Missing. Against This Background, Isb Is Pursuing The Goal Of Introducing A Modern, Cloud-Based Hr Software Solution That Digitally Maps All Relevant Hr Processes In An Integrated System. The New Solution Is Intended To Enable The Hr Organizational Unit To Carry Out Its Tasks Efficiently, Transparently And In A Legally Secure Manner - Regardless Of Individual Working Methods Or Personnel Changes. For The Hr Department, This Means Significant Relief Through Automated Workflows, Central Data Storage And Uniform Document Templates. The Solution Offers Managers The Opportunity To Be Actively Involved In Hr Processes Via A Self-Service Portal - For Example In Approvals, Target Agreements Or Development Measures. For It Managers, The Solution Offers A Future-Proof, Scalable Architecture With Open Interfaces For Integrating Existing Systems Such As Payroll Accounting, Access Control And Time Recording. And For The Board, It Creates The Basis For Strategically Oriented, Data-Supported Personnel Management That Supports Growth, Quality And Compliance In Equal Measure. The Software Must Be Flexibly Configurable So That The Isb Can Design Its Own Processes And Adapt Them If Necessary - Without Having To Rely On External Programming. A Digital, Audit-Proof Personnel File Must Make It Easier To Access Information And Ensure Compliance With Data Protection Laws
