The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Concept And Design Of The Exhibition Stand Development, Construction Of The Exhibition Stand Based On The Design Approved By The Ordering Party, Assembly And Disassembly Of The Exhibition Stand At Space Tech Expo Europe (Bremen, Germany); 2) Equipping The Stand With The Required Equipment; 3) Providing Food Products And Cleaning Products For The Operation Of The Exhibition Stand; 4) Providing Technical And Cleaning Services, 5) Providing Hostesses; 6) Event Organization, Including Provision (Catering And Sound System); 7) Providing Transport Services For The Ordering Partys Information And Promotional Materials; 8) Preparation And Installation Of A Promotional Film Presenting The Full Range Of Promotional Activities Carried Out At The Exhibition Stand; 9) Insurance.
