The Service Is Provided Via Four Personnel Role Profiles In The Form Of Junior, Senior And Manager: -Cloud Architect & Platform Specialist: Strategic Conception, Target Architectures, Technological And Economic Assessments. -Cloud & Devops Engineer: Technical Implementation, Automation (Iac, Ci/Cd Pipelines), Gitops, Troubleshooting And On-Call Service. -Cloud Security Specialist: Security Architectures, Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust, Compliance Management And Assessments. -Cloud Operations & Service Manager: Operating Processes According To Itil/Sre Standards, Provider Control, Incident And Problem Management As Well As On-Call Coordination. Needs And Requirements: -Operational Quality & Continuity: The Contractor Provides Support Services In 1St, 2Nd And 3Rd Level Support. A High Level Of Personnel Continuity And Contractual Commitment To A Knowledge Management And Qualification Concept Are Absolutely Necessary. The Services Are Primarily Provided In German (Staff Requires At Least Level C1, English B2). The Staff Must Be Prepared To Undergo A Security Check Level Ü2 (Section 9 Süg) And An Obligation Under The Obligation Act.
