The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Software Maintenance Of The Ataccama Mdm Product (Hereinafter Referred To As Sw Mdm) For The Dev/Test/Prod Environment, Including Upgrades And Related Activities Beyond The Scope Of Standard Maintenance, For The Period From The Effective Date Of The Agreement Until 07 November 2028. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Professional Support In Activities Requiring Specified Qualifications Of Experts Ensuring The Maintenance Of The Sw Mdm Product (Hereinafter Referred To As Support). Training For Sw Mdm Is Also Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract. This Is A Follow-Up Public Contract To Vz2026002, Which Was Allocated From The Value According To § 18, Paragraph 3 Of The Zzvz. Further Definition Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Defined In The Tender Documentation Annex - Annex No. 3 - Draft - Contract For Maintenance And Professional Support Of Sw Ataccama Mdm (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract). The Client Requires Sw Ataccama Support In Two Basic Parts: A. Sw Maintenance Of The Ataccama Mdm Product For The Dev/Test/Prod Environment (Hereinafter Referred To As Maintenance) B. Professional Support, Which Consists Of: 1. Development Activities (Hereinafter Referred To As Development Activities), 2. Consulting And Advisory Activities (Hereinafter Referred To As Consultation).
