Kilińskiego 6, 44-193 Knurów, Consisting Of Renovation Of The External Facades And The Entrance Arcade, Terrace With Stairs.2. This Order Includes, Among Others: 2.1. Renovation Of The Facade With Replacement Of External Joinery, 2.2. Renovation Of The Terrace Surface, 2.3. Installation Of Small Architecture Elements.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Task Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Constituting Annexes To The Swz, And The Arrangements Resulting From The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Equipment And Materials When Performing Construction Works Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In The Design Documentation Using Polish Standards, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or A Detailed Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. All Parameters Of The Equipment And Materials Used By The Contractor In The Execution Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Given Types Of Devices Should Be Treated As Examples.3. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards, Current Arrangements With The Ordering Party And The Land Infrastructure Managers, And The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
