Division Of The Order Into Parts: The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into Two Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure.3. All Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility, In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed Before The Work Commences.
