►The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Window Joinery In Building No. 7 In The Military Complex At Ul. Hallera 62 In Grudziądz.►The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Works Including: Disassembly Of Window Grates And Nets Protecting Against Ball Impacts, Disassembly Of Wooden Window Joinery Together With Dismantling Of Internal And External Window Sills, Masonry Works (Jambs, Window Sills, Wall Foundations), Installation Of Aluminum Window Joinery In New Openings, Installation Of Internal Pvc Window Sills (Social Rooms), Works Plastering And Painting Of Window Jambs, Installation Of Electrical Installations - Actuator Control, Installation Of A Net Protecting Windows Against Ball Hits, Waste Disposal And Management.2) Development Of A Bioz Plan (Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Safety And Health Protection Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 120, Item 1126) On Their Own And At Their Own Expense As Amended) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Consolidated Text), Before The Commencement Of Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Bioz Plan Prepared By The Construction Works Manager On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site By The Investor. 3) Carrying Out Accompanying Works Consisting Of Lighting The Work Area, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Signs Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies, Construction And Maintenance Of The Construction Site Facilities, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With Its Own Efforts And Included In The Price Of The Contract. ►The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Work Safety Of The Employees Performing The Works (In Particular, To Train The Employees And Equip Them With The Necessary Equipment); 2) Protect The Building Against Destruction, Flooding And Other Damage; 3) Carry Out The Works On The Work Site In A Manner That Does Not Inconvenience The Users Of The Military Complex; 4) Enable Safe And Undisturbed Use Of The Complex Area By The Employees, Soldiers And Visitors Of The Given Military Complex During The Execution Of The Works Military Unit; 5) Ensuring, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, The Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order, Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, Protective Clothing And Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As Equipment, Protective Measures And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract. In The Event Of Failure To Provide The Conditions As Above, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of Its Actions Or Omissions.
