The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) With Annexes - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 48 Months And A Maximum Of 60 Months. Note! Offers Containing A Quality Guarantee Period For The Subject Of The Contract Shorter Than 48 Months Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Swz. 4. If Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features.
