1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Pre-Cleaning Works Carried Out On The Approach Fairway, Fairway, Turntable And Settling Tank On The Słupia River. These Water Bodies Are Part Of The Infrastructure Providing Access To The Port Of Ustka And Require Periodic Cleaning To Maintain The Required Navigation Parameters. Retrieving And Transporting Spoil To A Dumping Site In The Sea At A Distance Of 2.0 Nautical Miles With A Total Estimated Value Of 52,000.00 M³. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Bathymetric Measurements Before The Commencement Of The Works And After Their Completion And During The Works, As Well As Obtain Appropriate Decisions To Export The Excavated Material To The Dumping Site; B) Extraction And Removal Of A Navigational Obstacle Located On The Waterway In The Port Of Ustka. The Obstacle Should Be Exposed And Extracted Using Methods That Are Safe For Hydrotechnical Structures And The Bottom Of The Reservoir..2.
