1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Emergency Water Intake In The Town Of Hucisko, Szydłowiec Commune.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Geological Works Project - Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Scope Of Work Includes Drilling A Deep Well With The Following Parameters: A) Drilling The S-2 Emergency Well To A Depth Of Approximately 65.00 M Below Ground Level. In Accordance With The Approved Geological Works Design; B) Carrying Out Purification And Measurement Pumping; C) Performing Water Quality Tests In The Well; D) Performing Post-Construction Geodetic Measurements; E) Securing The Hole And Cleaning Works. F) Sample Storage: During Drilling Of The S-2 Hole, Rock Samples Should Be Taken From All Drilled Layers, But At Least Every 2.0 M And At Each Lithological Change, Into Standardized Boxes, G) Pumping: The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Equipment To Carry Out Purification And Measurement Pumping. Purification Pumping: The Contractor Will Pump Until Permanently Clear Water, Free From Mechanical Impurities, Is Obtained. The Initial Estimated Time Is 24 Hours. At The End Of The Purification Pumping, The Contractor Will Disinfect The Hole With A Solution Of Chloramine Or Sodium Hypochlorite In Accordance With Environmental Protection And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, And Stabilize The Water Table For A Minimum Of 24 Hours, Depending On The Technical Possibilities Of The Functioning Water Intake. Measurement Pumping: The Characteristics Of Measurement Pumping Depend On The Results And Observations Made During Purification Pumping. H) After Completing The Drilling Works, The Contractor Will Carry Out Geodetic Measurements In Order To Determine The Coordinates And Elevation Of The Terrain At Each Drilled Hole In Reference To The National Coordinate System. I) If Negative Results Of Drilling The Hole Are Obtained And It Is Necessary To Close The Hole, It Should Be Closed. After Completing The Work, Prepare Documentation On The Closure Of The Well.J) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An As-Built Report Containing: A) Pumping Logs, B) A Borehole Card, C) Testing The Granulometric Composition Of The Soil, D) A Map Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory, E) Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Approving The Materials Used, Including Built-In Pvc Pipes Of The Filter Column, Gravel Backfill And Confirmation That These Materials Meet Applicable Standards, H) Reports With The Results Of Water Analyses. K) Installation Of A Submersible Pump With An Electric And Pressure Cable L) Construction Of Water And Electrical Connections) Preparation Of A Water Law Study N) Obtaining A Water Law Permit Decision.
