A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Consists Of: 1) Construction Designs: Entire Construction Design, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Appendices To The Project - Annex No. 4 To Swz2) Technical Designs (Architecture, Structure, Industry) Electrical, Sanitary Industry) - Annex No. 9 To Swz3) Stwior (Construction Industry, Electrical Industry, Sanitary Industry) - Annex No. 10 To Swz4) Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities (Construction Industry, Electrical Industry, Sanitary Industry) - Annex No. 11 To Swz3. The Bill Of Quantities Presented To Swz Is Only Informational Material And Does Not Constitute A List Of Planned Works And All Expected Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities But Appearing In The Design Documentation Or Resulting From It Are Not Additional Works. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Design Documentation, The Design Documentation Is Decisive For Determining The Scope Of Works. 4.
