Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Cemetery Chapel, Columbarium And Pedestrian Routes At The Municipal Cemetery In Marcinkowice

The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Cemetery Chapel, Columbarium And Pedestrian Routes At The Municipal Cemetery In Marcinkowice. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A New Religious Building In A Free-Standing Structure With The Necessary Infrastructure, A Columbarium And Development Of The Area In The Immediate Vicinity With Local Hardening Of The Plot - It Is Planned To Create A Square In Front Of The Cemetery Chapel With A Columbarium And Seats. The Designed Facility Will Be Equipped With Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations. In Addition To The Building In Question, It Is Planned To Build A Septic Tank For Liquid Waste. The Facilities Will Be Implemented In The Following Order: Construction Of The Building, Construction (Installation Of A Prefabricated) Septic Tank For Liquid Waste, Local Hardening Of The Building Plot. The Scope Of Construction And Expansion Includes:1. Construction Of A Religious Building;2. Construction Of A Columbarium;3. Construction/Installation Of A 10 M3 Septic Tank For Liquid Waste With A Section Of External Sewage;4. Water Installation For A Water Meter Well;5. Reconstruction Of The Water Connection;6. Connect The Electricity;7. Local Hardening Around The Chapel;8. Hardening For The Place For Collecting Solid Waste. Permanent Archaeological Supervision Resulting From The Permit Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments No. Za-I.5161.310.2025 Of June 24, 2025 And Its Cost Are The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Allow Entry To The Construction Site And To Conduct Research And Supervision By An Archaeologist. As Part Of The Order, After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Obtain All Final Permits, Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law Along With The Use Permit And Will Bear The Costs Of Obtaining Them. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Represent The Contractor In Order To Fulfill The Obligation. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Included In The Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
