The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Maintenance Works On The Kaczanka Stream At Km 0+350-0+700 In The Town Of Pcim. The Main Scope Of Works Includes The Renovation Of Two Existing Anti-Debris Dams At Km 0+480 And 0+630 (Kilometers According To The Construction Records), Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Destroyed Or Damaged Elements Of The Dams, Cleaning And Grouting The Surfaces Of The Wall Cladding. In Order To Tighten The Left Wing Of The Dam At Km 0+630, An Insulated Concrete Jacket Was Planned To Be Made On The Upper Water Side, After Previous Excavation In Order To Expose The Wing Wall Below The Level Of The Water Seepage. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: 1. Cutting Down Bushes And Two Trees, Trimming One Tree2. Mechanical Excavation In Category Iv Soil For Dumping And Embedding The Excavated Material Into The Embankment - 370M33. Formation And Demolition Of The Entrance Ramp – 160 M34. Laying And Dismantling Of A Technological Road5. Cleaning The Surface Of Dams Using The Hydrodynamic Method6. Demolition Of Damaged Dam Elements And Reconstruction Of Destroyed Elements7. Reconstruction And Grouting Of Stone Cladding8. Construction Of A Tight Concrete Jacket To Seal The Dam.9. Execution Of Loose Stone Riprap - 144 M3 Works, The Performance Of Which Is Part Of The Contractors Contractual Obligations, Included In The Price Of The Range Of Works: • Measurement Works For The Needs Of Performing The Service, • Draining Water Away From The Renovated Facilities, Pumping Water From The Excavation, • Protective And Preventive Measures In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Requirements, • Securing The Area For The Service Performed, • Renting The Area, Lease Fees And The Arrangement And Liquidation Of The Work Facilities, • Any Costs Related To The Supply Of Water And Electricity To The Work Site Along With The Costs Of Their Consumption, Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Before, During And After The Works, As An Attachment To The Post-Construction Report, • Construction Of Technological Access And Exit To The Stream Bed, • Securing The Work Sections By Separating The Work Sections With A Fish-Tight Partition Made Of Dense Mesh At The Beginning And End Of The Section Where It Will Be Necessary To Enter The Equipment Into The Stream, Maintaining The Water Flow To Prevent Fish From Coming From The Section Above And Below The Works, And After Completion Of The Works, Removal Of The Mesh Partition, • In The Case Of Using Land That Is Not The Property Of The Client For The Duration Of Transport, Travel, Organization Of Service Facilities And A Place For Storing Materials, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Consents From The Owners Of These Lands For Their Use.
