1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation And The Thermal Modernization Of The Kwp Workshop Building In Łódź At Ul. Stokowska In Order To Obtain An Environmental Effect, In The Design And Build Formula - A Task Co-Financed By The Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Stage I - Design Work (Preliminary)• Concept Development; • Development Of Multi-Discipline Construction Designs; Stage Ii - Design Works • Obtaining Consent Of The Construction Administration Authority To Perform The Works (Building Permits Or Notification); • Development Of Executive Designs For All Construction Industries Containing Detailed Technical And Technological Solutions Along With A Detailed Description Of The Construction Materials Used, Including Their Basic Parameters; • Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); Stage Iii - Construction Works • Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Industry Documentation Design;• Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Until The Subject Of The Order Is Fully Put Into Use. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Point 5 Of The Swz. 4. Detailed Conditions For The Execution And Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Template Agreement - Annex No. 10 To Swz.5. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum.6. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, As Well As In The Specification Of Terms Of The Procurement (Swz). 7. Material Solutions Are Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Are Indicated In The Content Of The Fup, Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
