1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Road On Plot No. 1617 In Harbutowice. The Investment Is Being Carried Out On A Section With A Total Length Of 67 M2. As Part Of The Reconstruction, It Is Planned To Build A New Road Surface And A Structure In The Form Of A Wearing Course Made Of Asphalt Concrete. 4 Cm, Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete, Thickness. 5 Cm And A Base Base Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, Thickness. 28 Cm. 3. The Total Thickness Of The Construction Layers Is 37 Cm. It Was Assumed That Unfavorable Ground Conditions Would Occur - Overlying Or Questionable Soil, Therefore A Separating And Cutting Geotextile Was Designed. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Works Planned To Be Carried Out Is Described In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Terms Of Reference. 5. Persons Involved In Operating Equipment Construction, Persons Performing Physical Work) With The Exception Of Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction, Pursuant To Art. 12 Et Seq. Construction Law. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. The Ordering Party Is Entitled In Particular To: A) Request Declarations And Documents Confirming Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Assessing Them, B) Request Explanations In Case Of Doubts Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Requirements; C) Carrying Out On-Site Inspections. The Detailed Procedure And Manner Of Carrying Out The Above-Described Verification Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Template Agreement.7.
