Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction And Reconstruction Of Two Playgrounds In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out In Connection With The Aid Granted Under The Intervention I.13.1 Leader/Community-Led Local Development (Clld) - Component Of Lds Implementation, Concerns The Implementation Of The Operation Called Construction And Reconstruction Of Two Playgrounds In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune With Contract Number No. 00240.Um05.65721.00567.2025. Funds Obtained Under The Community-Led Local Development Strategy Implemented By The Local Action Group Bud-Uj Razem Association. 1.2. The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts. Part 1: Construction Of A Playground In The Town Of Kamienna. The Order Covers The Construction Of A Playground In The Town Of Kamienna, On The Plot No. 257/1, Kamienna Precinct, Wola Krzysztoporska Commune. 1.3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Employers Guidelines - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Technical Documentation - Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Bills Of Quantities (Attached As An Aid)1.4. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Swz And Annexes, As Well As The Recommendations Of The Employer/Investors Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. 1.5. Due To The Fact That The Settlement Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Technical Documentation. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Specified In The Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them At The Contract Price.1.6. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct The Quantities Of Works In The Bill Of Quantities And The Billing Element Table Template According To His Own Calculations Based On The Order Documentation.
