The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Order Titled: Replacement Of Windows With Internal Sills In The Building Of The District Court In Turku At Ul. Legionów Polskich 4 In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Swz, With Applicable Legal Provisions, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And On The Terms Set Out In The Agreement. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Includes: - Replacement Of Window Joinery (Disassembly And Installation Of Windows); - Construction Of Thermal Insulation Foundations; - Disassembly And Installation Of Internal Window Sills, - Renovation Of Window Grates, - Filling Of Internal Wall Defects, - Filling Of Facade Defects.3.2 The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove All Waste Generated In Connection With The Execution Of The Order From The Work Site And To Dispose Of It In Accordance With Applicable Law. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect, Transport And Dispose Of All Materials From Dismantling, Including Used Window Joinery, Window Sills, Materials From Carved Grooves And Other Construction Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Works. The Contractor Will Include The Costs Related To Waste Collection And Disposal In The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Management Of Waste In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste. The Works Covered By The Order Are Included In Detail In The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Procedure.
