The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of The Project Entitled: Modernization Of Tourist Trails Under The Project Fenx.01.05-Iw.01-0095/24 - Replacement Of Artificial Facilities (Chałubiński Gate, Kozia Przełęcz Area, Zawrat Area, Kobylarzowy Żleb)2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With: 2.1. Design Documentation - Including: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) And Bill Of Quantities - Annex 1 To Swz2.2. Template Of The Construction Works Contract - Constituting Annex 2 To The Swz;2.3. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Completed Construction Works Of No Less Than 60 Months.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 3.1. Annex No. 1: Design Documentation - Including: Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) And Bills Of Quantities3.2. Annex No. 2: Template Of The Construction Contract4. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Require An On-Site Visit Before Submitting An Offer Due To The Design Documentation It Has.5 Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Contract: 5.1 Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor (Or Subcontractor Within The Meaning Of Article 7 Point 27) Of The Pzp To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works, I.E.
