3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion (Construction Of An Elevator) Of The Education Building Along With Internal Water And Sewage, Gas, Central Heating And Electrical Installations, Construction Of A Hardened Access To The Building For Fire Brigade Services And Construction Of An Access Road With A U-Turn For Fire Brigade Combat Vehicles.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Employers Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Design Documentation Together With Stwiorb) And The Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.3.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Also: 3.3.1. Providing Surveying Services For The Task Along With Performing An As-Built Surveying Inventory;3.3.2. Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit Decision, If Required, Or Submitting A Notice Of Construction Completion Along With Obtaining A No-Objection Certificate;3.3.3. Fulfillment Of All Conditions Specified In The Decisions, Opinions, Permits, Arrangements, Programs, Conditions, Etc. Contained In The Documentation (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz).
