The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Existing Gas Boiler Technology And Part Of The Central Heating Installation In The Primary School In Łysomice - Investment Address: Primary School In Łysomice, Ul. Warszawska 5, 87-148 Łysomice, Łysomice Commune, Toruń Poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.2. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory Works; 2) Installation Of Sanitary Sewage Systems, Including Water And Sewage Dismantling Works And Assembly Works; 3) Central Heating Installation, Including Central Heating Dismantling Works, Construction Renovation Works, Installation Of Central Heating Pipelines, Installation Of Radiators, Installation Of Fittings And Accessories;4) Boiler Room Technology, Including Boiler Room Dismantling Works, Construction Renovation Works, Devices And Fittings, Flue Gas Discharge, Pipelines, Anti-Corrosion Works And Pipeline Insulation, Tests And Commissioning Of Boiler Rooms;5) Gas Installation, Including Works Assembly And Tests. 3. The Scope Of Works Within The Agreed Remuneration Also Includes: 1) Preparing A General Schedule For The Contract Presented By The Contractor And Agreeing On The Schedule With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector; 2) Periodic Service Of Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations During The Warranty And Warranty Period, In The Event Of Device Failure, Service Commences Within 24 Hours Of Notification In The Form Of An E-Mail; 3) Analysis Of The Impact Zone Of The Works On The School Facility, Together With The Development Of A Security Design And A Method For Monitoring Their Condition During The Execution Of The Works; 4) Execution Of The Works And Putting The Facility Into Use; 5) The Contractor Undertakes To Organize And Arrange The Construction Facilities And The Construction Site On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Along With Ensuring The Necessary Utilities And Their Measurement To Complete The Subject Of The Order; 6) Preparation, Organization, Security And Clean-Up Of The Construction Facilities And The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Investment; 7) After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Final Acceptance Of The Works By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area And Restore Them To The Condition They Were In Before The Commencement Of The Works; 8) Ensuring All Utilities Necessary For The Use Of The Investment;9) Commissioning And Checking All Installations And Systems (Including Checking Their Effectiveness In Relation To The Design Assumptions) Constituting The Scope Of The Construction Project, Along With Training The Employers Representatives In Their Operation;10) Conducting Risk Analysis, Including Environmental Ones, Along With Assessing The Consequences And The Probability Of Their Occurrence;11) Performing Warranty Inspections And Warranty Repairs During The Warranty Period;12) Carrying Out All Legally Required Tests And Tests, And S
