1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Garbage Shelter With A Steel Structure, Including The Hardening Of The Ground Of The Farm Square, The Construction Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations To Power The Shelter, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network And The Demolition Of The Existing Shelter On The Plot With Registration Number 11443/6 At Ul. Em. Plater 20 In Suwałki In The Design And Build System.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, Including A Building Permit, If Required By Law, And In The Absence Of An Obligation To Obtain A Building Permit - Submitting A Notification Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And Obtaining An Effective Lack Of Objection From The Competent Authority, If Required; 2) Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Particular Of: A) Construction Of A New Garbage Shelter With A Steel Structure And Equipment, B) Hardening The Area And The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, C) Implementing Electrical And Telecommunications Installations With Lighting, Access Control System And Video Monitoring, D) Reconstruction Of The Conflicting Water Supply Network, E) Demolition Of The Existing Garbage Shelter And Reconstruction Of Land Development Elements.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor.6. If Trademarks Are Used In The Pfu, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Fup. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 7. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Pzp.8 Act. Technical Docu
