The Purpose Of The On-Site Inspection Is To Enable Contractors To Familiarize Themselves With The Technical And Location Conditions Affecting The Proper Implementation Of The Order In The Scope Of Delivery And Installation Of Stage Technology Systems In Extracurricular Work Center In Mikołów Along With Complete Technological Equipment, As Well As Technical And Spatial Conditions Of The Rooms In Which The Above Systems Will Be Installed, Which Is Necessary To Correctly Estimate The Scope Of Work And Costs Of Carrying Out The Order. This Obligation Is Justified By The Nature Of The Order. The On-Site Visit Will Enable The Contractor To Prepare The Offer In A Reliable Manner, Taking Into Account The Actual Conditions Of Contract Execution, And Thus Minimize The Risk Of Later Claims Or Implementation Problems. The On-Site Visit Will Be Carried Out On A Date Individually Agreed With The Ordering Party. Only A Person Acting On Behalf Of The Contractor, Having The Authorization To Represent Him Or A Written Authorization/Power Of Attorney Issued By The Contractor, May Participate In The On-Site Visit.
