The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Specialized Vehicle For Inspection Activities And Determining Environmental Threats And Assessing The Effects Of Failure, With A 4-Seater Cabin On A 4X4 Chassis, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1A To Swz. Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order.2. Other Requirements: 1) The Offered Vehicle Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production - Not Older Than 2025), Have No Physical Or Legal Defects, In Particular Its Parameters, Technical And Design Features, As Well As The Equipment Must Meet All Applicable Standards And Safety Requirements, 2) The Offered Vehicle Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties; 3) The Offered Vehicle Must Be Approved (Minimum 4 People), 4) The Offered Vehicle Must Meet The Euro Exhaust Emission Standard 6 Or Higher5) The Offered Vehicle Must Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, Consolidated Text) And Implementing Acts To This Act, As Well As With Other Provisions Of Applicable National Law Of The Republic Of Poland And Eu Law,6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide With The Vehicle: - An Operating Manual In Polish, - Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle.7) The Vehicle Should Be Marked With A Permanent Sticker Informing About Co-Financing From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management (Wfośigw).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 A To The Swz - Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Posted In Electronic Version On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz.4. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting The Content Of The Offer.
