The Documentation Developed Under The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Completeness, Compliance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Enable The Ordering Party To: 1) Obtain The Right To Carry Out The Works, 2) Prepare And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works, 3) Correct And Lawful Implementation Of The Planned Construction Works, 4) Ensure Improvement Of Traffic Safety Conditions And Comfort Of Use Of The Street.
