The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Related To The Renovation Of The Courtyards At Ul. Kościuszki 31 And 33 In Żyrardów. The Plot And Residential Buildings At Ul. Kościuszki 31 And 33 Are Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Are Subject To Conservation Protection. The Ordering Party Has Conservation Recommendations Regarding The Development Of The Plot Located At Ul. Kościuszki 31 And 33 In Żyrardów In The Scope Of: Small Architecture, Infrastructure, Surfaces, Parking Spaces And Forms Of Greenery - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Is In Possession Of The Map For Design Purposes. This Document Will Be Provided To The Contractor On The Day Of Signing The Agreement. The Ordering Party Is Also In Possession Of The Design Documentation For The Drainage Of The External Area (From The Yard Side) At Ul. Kościuszki 31 And 33 In Żyrardów. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Design Documentation Should Be Complete Material On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Conduct A Tender Procedure For The Execution Of A Given Investment Task. The Contractor Will Describe In The Design Documentation The Technology Of Works As Well As Materials, Devices And Other Products In A Way That Ensures Fair Competition And Equal Treatment Of Participants In The Procedure For The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Documentation In Question.
