Note: Before Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require The Most Favorable Contractor To Provide A Completed Entity Assessment Questionnaire Processing Data On Behalf Of The Administrator (Annex No. 9 To The Swz), - The Draft Agreement For The Processing Of Personal Data On Behalf Of The Administrator Will Be Clarified After Selecting The Contractor.
