The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of The Facility Of The Provincial Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Lublin.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. When Calculating The Price For The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Tor, Including Its Annexes Containing A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Until The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor In Accordance With This Tor. 4. Requirements For The Contractor Related To The Performance Of The Order: - The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance With The Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order; - Due Diligence Is Required In The Implementation Of Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract; - The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors.5. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Also Be In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Polish Standards, Guidelines And Principles Of Architectural, Technical And Construction Knowledge.
