The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled: Disassembly, Delivery And Installation Of New Skate Park Equipment As Part Of The Project Entitled Reconstruction Of The Skate Park In Izbica In The Izbica Commune, Located At Ul. Kolejowa On Plot No. 865.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Skate Park Equipment: A) Bank Of Ramps - 1 Pc. B) Quarter Pipe - 1 Pc. C) Funbox With Grindbox 2/2 + Handrail 2/2 + Grindbox + Bench - 1 Pc. D) Miniramp H100 - 1 Pc. E) Straight Rail - 1 Pc.2) Delivery And Installation Of New Skate Park Equipment: A) Bank Of Ramps - 1 Pc. B) Quarter Pipe - 1 Pc.C) Funbox With Grindbox 2/2 + Handrail 2/2 + Grindbox + Bench – 1 Pc.D) Miniramp H100 – 1 Pc.E) Straight Handrail – 1 Pc.3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In: 3.1. Technical Documentation Including Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwior - Annex No. 3 To Swz.3.2. Draft Agreement - Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. All New Devices Must Have A Certificate Of Compliance With The Pn-En 14974:2019-07 Standard. The Certificate Must Be Submitted With The Offer As Evidence. The Certificate Provided By The Contractor Must Confirm Product Safety Control And Include Production Monitoring By An Independent And Approved Testing Unit.5. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Order, Including The Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions And Applicable Legal Regulations.6. The Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Meeting The Quality Standards Specified In The Relevant Legal Acts And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties.7. Devices Supplied Must Come From An Official Eu Distribution Channel.8. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Equipment Is Packaged As Required To Prevent Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery And Installation.9. The Contractor Must Ensure Loading, Transport, Unloading, Assembly And Installation Of The Delivered Equipment At His Own Expense. The Contractor Also Undertakes To Clean Up The Area Where The Devices Were Installed. The Contractor Takes Over All Waste Generated As A Result Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.10. Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Indications Regarding A Specific (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Materials Or Standards Referred To In Article 101, Sections 1-3 Of The Public Procurement Law) It Means That The Ordering Party Used The Above Terms As Examples And Auxiliary. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of Deliveries In Accordance With The Swz And Ensure That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documents Of This Procedure.11. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified B
