1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Etfe P And I Cushions, The Replacement Of The P Cushion Accessories, The Inspection Of Other Cushions And The Repair Of Minor Damages And Defects In The Ordering Partys Facility - Aquadrom In Ruda Śląska, At Ul. Kłodnicka 95A.2. The Scope Of Work Includes The Replacement Of Etfe P And I Cushions With The Replacement Of The P Cushion Accessories With An Inspection Of The Remaining Cushions (Including Checking The Sealing System And Checking All Membrane Roof Cushions And Repairing Minor Damages And Defects In The Ordering Partys Facility Called Aquadrom, In Ruda Śląska, Ul. Kłodnicka 95A. The System Was Designed, Manufactured And Installed In 2012 By Taiyo. List Of Cushions To Be Replaced:• Cushion I, Large Roof, 3-Layer Etfe Material, With An Area Of 45 M2. • Cushion P, Small Roof, 3-Layer Etfe Material, With An Area Of 45 M2. The System Consists Of: • A Small Roof (4 Pillows) • A Large Roof (10 Pillows), • An Air Blowing System With Dehumidification And Automation. The Scope Of Work Includes The Replacement Of Etfe P And I Pillows With The Replacement Of The P Pillow Accessories And Inspection Of Other Pillows As Well As The Repair Of Minor Damages And Defects. The Inspection Will Be Performed Without Opening The Cushions (External Inspection Of The Elements To Check, Identify Wear/Erosion Of Materials And Safety Hazards) To The Extent Possible In Available Places. Repair Of Minor Damages - Repairs That Can Be Performed Without Extending The Main Scope Of Work, I.E. Repair Of Losses (Damages) Of The Cushion Coatings Up To 30 Mm Long. All Major Damages Noticed Requiring Repair Should Be Reported To The Ordering Party In Order To Determine The Need For The Work And Make A Joint Decision About Further Proceedings. The Material Used For Replacement (Repair) Must Meet The Technical And Quality Conditions Such As The Products Of Taiyo Europe Gmbh Based In Salsburg (Germany), Maintaining The Warranty Previously Granted For The Components, Including Devices And Components Constituting Its Integral Part, As Well As In A Way That Allows For Granting/Covering The Warranty Of The System/Installation In The Event Of Further Modernization Works. The Material Used For Replacement (Repair) Must Meet The Technical Conditions And Quality Materials Such As Taiyo, With A Warranty For The Entire System. Etfe Cushions (3 Layers): A. Installation Of The Temporary Support System For The Etfe Cushion. 2. Removal Of The Upper Aluminum Profile. Disassembly Of The Upper Epdm Seal.4.
