1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Various Food Products To The Olympic Preparation Center In Władysławowo, Together With Transport Services2. The Delivered Products Must Be Of High Quality, Must Meet The Quality Requirements For Storage, Packaging And Transport Contained In Polish Standards Transposing European Standards And Have Valid Expiration Dates, And The Contractor Should Have Certificates And/Or Permits Confirming That, Through Appropriate Reference, Precisely Marked Products Being The Subject Of The Delivery Comply With The Relevant Standards. It Is Required To Submit An Appropriate Declaration With The Content Indicated In Point. 8 Of The Offer, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Presentation Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Above Circumstances And The Quality Of The Products For A Given Delivery. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Range And Quantities) Can Be Found In The Table In Point V.3 Swz. Each Product Range Should Be Delivered In A Separate And Closed Container Made Of Packaging Materials Intended For Contact With Food. Each Container Should Be Accompanied By A Label Containing At Least The Following Data: - Product Name, - Expiry Date, - Name Of The Supplier - Manufacturer, Address, - Storage Conditions, - Production Batch Designation And Other Information In Accordance With Currently Applicable Law. The Labeling Of Containers Should Be Consistent With The Delivery Documents
