Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic For The District Office In Biłgoraj

3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trade In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns, As Well As Providing The Service Of Collecting Items From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. 3.2 The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366) And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis. 3.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With A List Of Estimated Quantities And The Type Of Shipments, Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3.4 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Shipments Divided Into Types, Which Will Be Sent Within 12 Months During The Term Of The Contract Or Until The Contractual Amount Is Exhausted, And For This Reason The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Given Quantities Are Intended To Approximate The Size Of The Subject Of The Contract And Will Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.
