The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Catering Service Consisting In The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals For Students Of The Primary School And Children Of The Public Kindergarten In Pogórze, With The Possibility Of Using The Premises Necessary To Serve Meals. In The Period From September 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, The Service Will Be Provided To A Maximum Of 664 People Per Day, Including Approximately 350 School Students And 314 Kindergarten Children. In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, The Basic Order Covers Only The Provision Of Catering Services For Primary School Students. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In Extending The Provision Of Feeding Services For The Public Kindergarten In Pogórze For The Period From January 1, 2027 To June 30, 2027.
