The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (Construction Design, Technical Design, Detailed Design, Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works) For The Construction Of New And Reconstruction Of Existing Noise Barriers - In Accordance With The Results Of The Post-Implementation Analysis - Located On The Side Of The Kst Tram Route, Stage Iii (Krowodrza Górka - Górka Narodowa) In Krakow, Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Decisions Or Other Consents Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works. Regardless Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified Above, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Entrust The Contractor, Under The Option Law, With The Provision Of Services Consisting In: 1) Preparing Answers To Bidders Questions In The Public Procurement Procedure For Selecting A Contractor For Construction Works Conducted On The Basis Of The Public Procurement Law (Option Law 1) And/Or 2) Performing The Function Of Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of Documentation Prepared As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract (Law Of Option 1) Option 2).2. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Basic Order: Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Investment Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Decisions Or Other Consents Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works, And The Implementation Of Stage I Will Be Divided Into The Following Sub-Stages: A) Sub-Stage Ia - Including The Design Of Screens Ed5a, Ed5b, Together With A Gate On The Fire Road And A Wicket Along The Access Road, As Well As A Wicket In Ep17a-L Along With With Descent To The Ground Level, With Obtaining Implementation Consent Authorizing The Commencement Of Works; B) Substage Ib - Including The Design Of New Acoustic Screens Ed1-Ed4, Ed6, Ed8, Ed9 And The Ed7 Screen Along With A Gate And Access To The Tram Platform At Ul. Kuźnica Kołłątajowska From The Level Of The Existing Line On Plot No. 801/13 Rev. K-29 To The Extent Resulting From Arrangements With Relevant Entities (Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Reduced Mobility In The Project). The Access Should Be Equipped With Elements Protecting Against Falls From A Height.
