The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Specialized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Mikołajki Pomorskie As Part Of The Project Entitled Purchase Of Specialized Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Mikołajki Pomorskie. The Project Is Implemented Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority 2: European Funds For A Green Pomerania, Action 2.9: Adaptation To Climate Change, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund And The State Budget.2. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects, Of Full Value And Meet The Requirements Specified In Generally Applicable Law, Standards Applicable To A Given Type Of Equipment And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Delivered Equipment Must Have, If Required For A Given Type Of Product, Current Approvals/Certificates/Conformity Certificates Confirming Compliance With Standards In Force In The European Union, In Particular Standards Regarding Fire Protection And Rescue Equipment (Including Pn-En). The Equipment Must Be Completely Safe To Use And Have The Legal Approvals For Marketing And Use By Fire Protection Units. In Particular, The Following Are Required: Certificates Of Conformity, Technical Approvals, Test Certificates And Cnbop-Pib Approvals, Which Enable The Use Of Equipment In Accordance With The Health And Safety Regulations Of The Service In The Units Of The State Fire Service And Volunteer Fire Brigades.5. In The Case Of Equipment For Which Regulations Require A Cnbop-Pib Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection Units. The Equipment Offered Must Have A Valid Cnbop Approval Certificate No Later Than On The Date Of Delivery, And At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit A Document Confirming Compliance With The Requirement.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
