1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Three-Phase Generator With A Transport Trailer, A Set Of Documents, User Training And Provision Of Warranty And Service.2. The Order Does Not Include The Execution Of Electrical Connections, Switchboards, Network-Generator Switches Or Other Installation Works At The Ordering Partys Facilities. The Ordering Party Will Perform These Activities On Its Own. The Contractors Responsibility Is To Deliver The Complete Set, Test Run The Unit As A Device, Check Its Correct Operation, Provide The Required Documentation And Train Users.3. The Generator Is To Serve As A Mobile Source Of Emergency Power Supply For The It Infrastructure, Security Systems, Communication Devices And Facilities Belonging To The Ordering Party.
